Kuben is the Director of Skillogical and has over 20 years of experience in the design and development of information systems with particular expertise in all phases of the system development life cycle. Under his leadership, Skillogical has been developed as a pioneering cloud-based solution that can be synchronised with existing HR systems, improving business impact with tangible results.

Vilen has gained experience over the past 20 years in developing and maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) for various clients. He has been involved in various MIS projects and has been adding significant value to the software development that supports Skillogical. He holds a BTech Degree in IT.

Alex is experienced in Oracle SQL, MySQL, Python and Java. He has extensive knowledge in developing comprehensive reports. Alex has played a major part in the design and development mobile interactive applications to support Skillogical.
